As an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, I counsel people from a whole person, non-traditional approach. Cultivating a safe space, I support people in areas around mental health, family mediation, relationships, substance abuse, holistic wellness, and spiritual renewal. I specialize in navigating/integrating the effects of trauma/post traumatic stress, which I often find underscores most presenting concerns. My work centers reconnection to the Earth and environmental sustainability to better maintain our life source. Essentially, my offerings assist you in relaxing into your own energy, starting by forging trusted relationships. I am not here to diagnose, nor support diagnoses that serve to stigmatize and create harm. Together, we collaborate to help you shift how you hold your experiences and tell your stories, and learn to use them as powerful medicine. To return to your joy. Key Notes: •Initial intake counseling sessions are $111/hr, and $88/hr thereafter. •Services rendered are 100% out of pocket, however I accept Health Savings Plan cards. •While I don’t file insurance, if you are insured and wish to see me, I’ll happily honor your co-pay for a specialist as payment for services rendered after initial intake session. •Sliding fee scale available to those facing economic hardship. Don’t be afraid to ask. •Consultations are $44/30min. •There is a $33 fee for all appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled session. I draw from deeply revered SE Asian foundations, and my own Native ancestral ways of BEing in order to encourage a more communal, balanced, and heart-centered way of existing in the world.
