- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoting takes into an account to what extent we are cleaning on the job and how long it will take us to be thorough , not based per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to write down exactly what the customer has told us to clean especially when the job requires a lot of tasks, so as to not forget what the customer expects. This keeps us and the customer on the same page and we are in complete agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained as a Nurse Aide , and this training requires a lot of awareness for the spreading of germs . Couple this along with commercial cleaning training and this has produced in us the alertness to be very careful with certain chemicals and materials (Such as Carpet, Granite, Porcelain and Finished wood and Leather.) We also realize that the end result of the job depends on the quality of the tools used.
