- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are so UN-complicated, that some people are confused about it or make it complicated in their own minds. Bottom line is: we charge a flat rate fee for every type of dwelling. Whether a 1 bedroom apartment or a 5 bedroom Victorian, we have a flat rate fee based on number of bedrooms. Prices or Jobs would only be affected if there is an obvious cleaning problem/situation that arises when our maids arrive, which is pretty much limited to hoarding and after out-of-control parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer simple "Spruce Up" cleanings to a more "Deep Clean" service along with "Move In/Out" services as well. We always provide two member maid teams and we also offer additional services such as Oven Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning, Interior Window Cleaning, and more! We service most of the Philadelphia Metro area and we are always willing to accommodate our clients wishes and requests as much as possible.
