FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price depends of 3 main factors: 1. How long the session is each day 2. How many sessions/days you attend in a week 3. How long you contract to be in the program. The more of any of these, the less you pay per hour. It is better to do 2 hours per 1 session than to do 1 hour per session for 2 days. This because math needs supervised practice and enough time to make it useful.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check if the provider has invested in the servive being offered. Does he or she do this on a regular basis? Does he /she have a degree relating to the subject area? Does he/she have a fixed place and additional resources to help learning. Is he or she well trained and will do the work or just a front to bring you in? It should not be about how cheap one is but what experience you believe you can get. You may get more from an individual than from a high-priced organization. A private provider is more likely to give you more for your money than a high-priced organization where you may be just a number. It is important to build a lasting relationship than hover from one tutor to another.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look for a mature personality with skill and experience of a parent. Strategies are like finger prints and what a good tutor does is find what will work best for the client and make it work for them - that is why experience is important. Often times the tutor must adapt to the student's ways and make it work for them. Another thing is this: to achieve a desired result, one must put many things into consideration - level of deficiency plus ability to dedicate enough time and money. Most customers want to decide how much time and how much money to spend, at the same time they also want to achieve a very high goal. If you put time and invest in your effort, it will payoff.
