Introduction: My company provide the best tools, process, and resource to help individual be successful in achieving good results. I specialize in fitness training. I will set up clients with nutritionist diet plan and work routine. I have access to Planet fitness if the client does not have gym. I can work out client at any facility. My workout consist of indoors and outdoors. I can travel within Triad area, your area , or client can come to me. My business Hours are 3pm-9m M-F and weekend is anytime. Before we can start to workout we will need to go over contract and sign agreement. If you have any questions or concern please do not hesitate to ask me. I enjoy being able to help a person change his or her lifestyle for the better. It brings great pleasure to see a client feel better and health be in a better state.

So, yesterday was my assessment workout. I enjoyed it! I'm a little sore but that was to be expected. Kevin pays attention to his clients and he's also very good at not running us into the ground. He's not a bully! But, he is very serious at helping you reach your goal.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer the best price in town. The lowest I can go is $35 if you are a prepay client. Personal Training Sessions Per Session – Single person = $45.00 Per Session – Two people = $75.00 Per Session – Three people = $90.00 Pre schedule – Pre Pay 5 Sessions = $200 (Savings of $5 per session) 10 Sessions = $350 (Savings of $10 per session)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Personal Training Policies and Procedure 1. Package sessions are non-refundable. 2. Package sessions must be paid in full and are scheduled at the time of sign-up. 3. Package sessions must be used within six months of the purchase date. 4. Client must give 24 hours advanced notice, less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in a charge to the package session. 5. PAR-Q, Lifestyle Questionnaire, Physician Approval (if applicable), and Personal Training Agreement must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session. 6. Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end one hour from that specified time. Lifestyle Questionnaire and PAR-Q is assessment on your health and work life. This allow me to assess the proper workout.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Expert Rating certification course gives me the education and understanding of the business. I work with Duncan's Athlete for 5 years before I took hiatus from the business. I work at Pivotal gym in Charleston, SC
