As a photographer and owner of Artistry by Chandra what I enjoy most about the work that I do is; it's not a "job" it is a way of life for me personally and professionally! Photography to me is like breathing. I do it without thinking, I do it all the time and I can't live without it. I love it when someone tells me that they hate being photographed then after their session they tell me how much they have fallen in love again.

Chandra did a great job with our family portraits. Unlike the large photography companies that rush, Chandra was very patient and professional. Accommodating our requests is what she strived for. She was able to capture many poses making it easy for us to select the ones we really like. She also did a great job on my hair and makeup. Lots of communication thru email and phone calls.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a photographer and he trained me how to photography point of views as a little girl. So, it's in my blood. I purchased my first camera in 1994 from Wolf Camera by saving months of checks. I know I've taken close to 1 million photos and this was before digital! I started photographing friends in High School. That business was Diamond's Artistic Photography.
