- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Design Brief Once we decide to work together and all contracts are signed, we send over a brief questionnaire that will help us to create a website design based on your target audience, service area and specific needs. 2. Draft of the homepage After we receive the design brief, we will create a few drafts of the home page for you to approve. 3. Build of the website The approved homepage design will be used as the basis for the entire website build. We will build the site onto a temporary host, so that you can see it for yourself what the new website will look like before we officially launch it. 4. Content upload Once you’re happy with the build of your website, you will need to send us all the content that you want uploaded onto the site, so that we can get it up ahead of the website launch. 5. Then when you’re ready.... LAUNCH TIME! Once your website is complete, you will be ready to navigate, experiment with and improve upon your site. Then when you feel the time is right... just let us know and we will hit the big red button and launch your website. As you can see, the process of building a website with us is nice and easy. We send you the design, you say “YES”, and then we build it for you. Simple.
