Introduction: We specialize in the traditional Jamaican custom of "jerking" our food. Most people add some type of "Spicey BBQ" sauce to their meat and put it in the oven and call it Jerk. NO! WRONG! That's not how you jerk things. We love the reaction that our food gives to people. The "Ah Ha" moments. We see it when customers smell the food, when they see the food and most importantly, TASTE the food. Its like a high 5 every time.
