About this pro
Mona plans her lessons well and tailors them to the class as a whole, while also giving individual attention to modify poses. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and incorporates some Pilates with Yoga, as well as Essential Oils.Apr 15, 2018
Mona contacted me right away after I put in my request. I was able to get an appointment within a week. She took the time to get to know me before she designed a beginners sequence for me. I can work on my sequence on my own and come back anytime I want another session. She is kind and friendly and really made me feel comfortable being new to yoga. She also teaches small groups and larger groups so beginners can transition when they want to. So if you have always wanted to try yoga but are too intimidated to start in a class with others (like I am), contact Mona and she can help get you started. You will be glad you did.Jul 26, 2017
Mona is an incredible instructor/healer/friend. She has a wonderful therapeutic approach to yoga and Pilates and is a wealth of knowledge. She supported me through pelvic pain following the birth of a child, a ruptured disc and spinal fusion, and now another ruptured disc. She helps you see physical ailments as challenges to learn and grow from not disabilities to succumb to. No matter what your age or physical ability Mona has something to offer everyone!Apr 11, 2018

Following a back injury, Mona helped me regain strength and mobility through her extensive knowledge of rehabilitative techniques on the pilates reformer, yoga wall and Corealign. Mona is an excellent teacher who always keeps in mind the individual needs of her students. I'm very appreciate of her patience, guidance and support through this continuing process!Apr 11, 2018
