- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on each individual client's needs. The simpler the needs, the lower the cost. An example of a simple client is a sole proprietor who wants to incorporate or form a Limited Liability Company (LLC) which includes federal tax ID#, Articles, initial minutes, and S-Corp election.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During initial, free consultation, the client decides to retain my services, contracts are signed, and a schedule is created. My services are retained for as long as the client desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
