I hired this company for the installation of a light fixture, which was performed to my satisfaction. I had received cheaper quotes for the installation, but the technician was nice so I went with this company and chose to pay more for this installation. Next on this same call, I accepted the quote to repair what I thought would be a difficult light outlet repair on a chandelier, but it turned out to be a faulty light bulb (I had already replaced the bulbs, but one turned out to be faulty). The technician spent about 20 seconds in total replacing the lightbulb and made a minor tweak on the outlet and it worked. I thought he would work out a readjustment of fees since the repair was so minor, but I was charged over $120 for this by itself, which I objected to and did not believe was fair. I asked if he would readjust the fee for the chandelier and he said no, he made a slight adjustment to the outlet and screwed in the new lightbulb I gave him. I don't expect the repair to be free, but a reasonable adjustment would be great. The total service call was over $300. As a result I will not use nor recommend this company in the future. A basic rule in marketing is to retain the customers you have so that they will continue to use you and refer you - it is more difficult to acquire new customers than to make a slight effort to please and retain the current customers. Any electrician can do electrical work - the trick is to find the ones that will charge you fairly for the service they provide and value your future patronage for their services.
