Donna is dedicated to make investment property ownership as profitable and pleasurable as possible. Services provided by East Carolina Property Management: * Prepare monthly statements to be delivered with owner draws * Prepare and distribute owner 1099/year-end statements for tax purposes * Arrange advertising for rentals * Show property to perspective residents * Qualify applicants * Sign leases and relay East Carolina Property Management, Inc.'s new resident packages * Collect rents * Prepare court papers as necessary * Resident relations * Direct deposit for owners - ACH draft for tenant rents * Receive/process all maintenance requests (lawn care and pest control can be provided) * Provide emergency/after-hours service calls * Receive/process bills, mortgage, utility bills, HOA dues, etc. * Complete inspections of dwellings upon residents move out * Prepare move-out notices and refund/collected monies After tenants move out All services above are provided for a percentage of the gross-collected rents.
