Introduction: I do not overcharge, I charge based off the amount of work I do, If I can do it faster and easier then I charge less and usually I can do it faster and easier than most of the companies you find to get computers repaired but just hire random people looking for a job that read from a script, book, or google to fix your issues and couldnt tell you what was actually wrong. I will also explain how to prevent the same issues in the future. Its simple (to me), and I like to take something people think is trash or dead and bring it back to good use.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I research alot of the newest technology to stay on top of the game and see whats coming next. I learn tricks and information about the latest viruses that are driving people crazy even before I see them on an actual computer so I know what to look for.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It came to me. Family and friends would get viruses or have problems with their computers and ask me if I wanted them because their useless I started fixing them then giving them back. Helped save them money back when computers were higher priced and they kept coming back when they had issues eventually it lead to word of mouth.
