Shane is a scam artist and a fraud he does not know how to build ANYTHING he will take your money and NEVER finish the job

Both Ann and Shane are scam artist. He ask for the money up front because he can't buy anything and then half finished the job or no work at all. Ann kees saying he will be there next week and over a year has passed.
