- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Seeing people all over who want to get in shape but don't have the finances to pay a professional to guide them in the right direction. So I dedicated a lot of time in researching and applying my knowledge to help people become healthier.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally focusing body weight training. Also known as functional training. I will use weight training as needed. But your body provides you with the resistance you need to gain muscle, get a lean and ripped body or to maintain what you have. Plus it has the benefits of stretching/ flexibility as well as decreasing the risk of injury in your daily life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the professional first and make sure you feel comfortable with him or her. If you don't feel comfortable with him or her you may be discouraged and not get the full benefits out the training.
