- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and easy! As a new customer we’ll make sure all your questions are answered to the best of our ability. We make sure our customers have a customizable experience by tailoring their cleaning needs as our own. We ask a series of questions and speak to every customer personally to be sure we understand the basis of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning since I’ve been able to string a sentence together. My father is a janitorial supervisor on his job and has been for 25 years. He’s given me plenty of lessons, tips and tricks in cleaning. I’d like to say I am well versed in residential areas of cleaning.
