This is the most unprofessional individual whom I have ever dealt with. She texted me a half hour before the intended time of the ceremony to let me know that she did not want to come because she was unaware of the details we had discussed days earlier. When trying to contact her she refused to call me back and simply "skipped out" on the commitment. I was left with out a wedding ceremony and guests waiting in my home.
I do not recommend her at all. She is unreliable and disrespectful.

I am verysorry about the way you feel but you mislead and said that you needed an efficient and Charlotte and that you actually needed somebody in South Carolina I'm glad to see that you have to fix that on your job needed. I tried calling you and I tried texting you for 4 hours while I was in Charlotte and I told you I was there the day before and I spent the weekend there and that I can meet with you at any time in North Carolina but I cannot sign a North Carolina marriage certificate in South Carolina when I didn't do the ceremony. + you also sad that it was just you and your husband signing the papers and then you got upset when I said that the charge $75 for a ceremony which you change on me it wasn't supposed to be a ceremony and then you wouldn't pay me the cost of the ceremony I was never disrespectful to you and I am never able to get ahold of you I even gave you the same price that I would have for a full ceremony and you couldn't call me back and you wouldn't text me back and you mislead the entire situation and not left out the details that you wanted it in South Carolina and you wanted me to sign a North Carolina marriage license that is a issue and I hope that anybody that takes on you understands what your they are getting into because what you were asking for a service was fraud and I am NOT going to break the law and lose my license. Buyer beware of what is really being asked and also be aware that the price that you quote you might want to quote two different prices one for a ceremony and one just a sign the paperwork

Mrs. Payne did a fabulous job. She was extremely concerned with what the bride and groom wanted for their ceremony. She went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Mackenzie was open to the suggestions of the bride and groom. To top it off she was very eloquent. We would recommend her to any of our friends or family. Thanks again Mackenzie you did a beautiful job.
