My name is Mindy Songer and I am married to a 100% disabled veteran. My husband broke his back in the military and could not help me as much with doing everyday type of cleaning without raising his pain level. I then asked for a recommendation on our community HOA group. A nice lady replied and gave me Sandy Mitchell name and contact information. I decided to call her so she could meet me and my husband and size up the surroundings. Sandy told me what she does and then asked me what I would like done as well. Sandy Mitchell is someone you can rely on to get the job done and make your house smell and feel like new. I have known Sandy Mitchell for 12 years and out of there 12 years Sandy was cleaning my house for 8 or 9 years. Sandy is by far the best person I have had to clean my townhouse. Every time she came over and cleaned I felt like we just moved in. Sandy will go above and beyond to make your life easier. When Sandy met with both us she told us what weekly, biweekly and monthly would cost. I informed Sandy I would love to have weekly, but due to financial schedule I could only do biweekly. Sandy then went home and wrote up her contact and emailed everything we spoke about doing and the price of the cleaning services. Sandy, will help you clean from top to bottom, organize closets or whatever needs to be organized, house sits, pets sits and more. I have personally used her for services of cleaning, house sitting and pet sitting. I still keep in contact with Sandy since she moved to Virginia. So, all you lovely Virginia residents you now have the best house cleaner you could ever have.

Excellent service. I've hired Sandy to clean two homes (deep clean and recurring) and her work is thorough. I really appreciate having a contract to refer back to expectations for cost and scope of work in the home. Her homemade cleaners are very effective on built-up grime. Recommended A+

Our home was extremely clean after working with Mitchell's Concierge. She cleaned thoroughly - from the blinds to the toilets, bed and crib sheets washed and changed, everything was cleaned to our expectations which has not been the case in the past, with other cleaners. She was responsive to messages and very interested in how we would prefer the home to be cleaned, which was also a nice personal touch. We were very happy and look forward to working with Mitchell's Concierge on a regular basis.

No not really but, to give you idea range from 35 to 50 hourly
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment to go over what the client wants. We talk about prices and what works for everyone. Then go home type up contract so it is in black and white so we both know what to except.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for 16 years took classes in marble, title, granite, hardwood floors. I have worked on learning the best way to clean all areas of the home which has the best outcome. I work with environmentally safe products except when the products will not work. I have 40 years customer service experience.
