- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While each pool needs to be quoted individually for service, our costs per visit for an average backyard pool (under 25000 gallons) range from $65 for a chemical only visit to $85-$100 for weekly service visits. Some pools may cost more but we typically schedule an onsite visit prior to bringing a pool into our service routes. We find that our pricing is better than most and you get a lot more for your money with SwimScapes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically call to schedule an appointment to discuss service options and to review the pool and equipment prior to adding a customer to our service route. Any items that need repaired or replaced must be addressed prior to scheduling weekly services.
