Since Labor Day 2013, Len Roth has managed identification and all repairs to our 57 year old beach cottage. My sister and I are in our sixties. Len is a highly skilled craftsman. More importantly, Len will see a problem, determine a solution, repair the problem, communicate by email and phone and pictures, and maintain perfect receipts and records. When Len first took on our house we needed roof repair, ceiling repair, bathroom tile replacement, wallpaper, wall repair and painting in some places inside and out. At the end of his work, he and his son came to replace the furniture and hang the pictures back on the walls. The house was spotless. Our figures, kept independently, were within $.68. Of each other. I owed Len the extra.
Since then Len handles securing the house for winter, opening the house when my sister and I are coming down, checks on the house during bad weather, closes the hurricane shutters if needed, opens them back up, and does this as though the house was his Mother's rather than ours. His son, Hunter does lawn maintenance for us.
Without Len Roth Construction, my sister and I would be unable to enjoy the house we grew up in with our parents each summer! It means everything to us to know we don't have to drive down, change the settings on equipment, make sure the lights haven't gone out, and worry that something will be wrong that we have to deal with instead of enjoying our visit.
I have worked in construction most of my adult prior to retirement. I have never known a better contractor or a more honest man!

Len has done several very large projects for us at Livingston Enterprises LLC. These were located in Boston, Newark, Pittsburgh,Syracuse and several here in PA. His work is so meticulous that he is the contractor I hire when I have work at my personal house. He is old school quality something that is very hard to find in a generation of Home Depot carpenters.

We have hired Roth Construction on 3 of our hotel renovations in 2014 and 2015, each time Len and his crew have performed as promised. The quality of work was excellent, the projects were completed on time and on budget. Len is a stand up guy and we will continue to work with him.
