Mike was the best and most fun personal trainer I have ever used. He has the ability to make me laugh in between sets which makes a huge difference for me. I get bored with workouts really easy but having someone that can give me good conversation and make me laugh while resting made the work outs go by faster. I've gone from a size 16 to size 10 in only 2 1/2 months and looking forward to continuing my progress. Thanks Mike!

Hugo is a terrific personal trainer and overall great guy. I've been training with him for over a year now and have seen great results from our work together. The quality of his work reflects his personal virtues. As a trainer he is a great communicator and motivator. He is very knowledgeable as well. Hugo explains the different exercises, what muscles they work, and why that exercise is important. In addition, he knows exactly what to look for when it comes to form. He does a great job demonstrating and fixing my form if needed avoiding any injuries! His dedication is cut above everyone's else. He is the man to take you to the next level!

Daniel Ancheta put together a really great self defense seminar for myself and a group of seven other ladies ranging in age from middle school through senior adult. In a two hour time period, he and another professional trainer led us through simple, effective jiujitsu based evasive movements to get out of bad situations such as potential sexual assaults. I would absolutely recommend EDGE Performance Training for anyone considering this type of training for yourself or group of friends.

Jay always makes sure to thoroughly explain each step of the workout, he takes times to cater to my needs and is patient. Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. I heard about Erik's Fitness from a friend of mine so I decided to try it out. At first, I didn't know what my level of commitment would be, but after the first few sessions, I began feeling so fantastic afterwards that I knew I was hooked. I never thought about personal training, thinking that I could do it all myself, but Erik showed me that there is so much more to a work out than anything an internet routine can provide. Not only do I see the results I was hoping for, but I can feel that my body is more balanced and working at a higher capacity than it did before. 360Gainz has helped me tremendously being consistent with my workouts. I have a toddler and really needed the motivation from a trainer & struck gold with this one! I worked with other trainers in the past & this one has been the best!! We work out 3x per week and I saw results even after two weeks of working with him. He really personalizes his sessions to meet your needs. Always flexible with scheduling sessions. He presents a variety of exercises and sessions are never the same. 360Gainz definitely motivates and pushes you to the max! I highly recommended.

I hire Cullen as a personal trainer it was the best decision I've made in my life , he is a great trainer down to earth and result oriented. Rick is an amazing personal trainer and I credit him with helping me change my thinking about working out. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and he developed a special work out routine to fit my disability. I had been to other personal trainers but it seemed we spent more time trying to figure out what to do next instead of working out. Not with Rick. After our initial meeting he had obviously spent a lot of time on his own working out a great routine for me. I feel healthier for it. I was sad to see him move and miss him ALOT. Rick doesn't just become your trainer he really CARES about you and your health and progress.
In the last 10+ years, Sydney is the only coach/trainer that I have found with dynamic range, sensitivity, genuine respect, and awareness to cater her training, whether you're a competitive athlete or just trying to get back in shape. She deeply cares about helping people get better/healthier, but she doesn't force it. She has helped me figure out what I want, rather than what she wants, which is rare in this industry where it's easy to cop-out and say, "take a few vitamins, do horrible workouts, juice cleanse, and you'll be fine." The list is endless, but I can't say enough about what a great trainer she is, and an even better person.
I've had a great experience with this service! It's given me access to a professional trainer at an affordable price, and I've gotten the best results so far because the workouts are specifically designed for me. Also, I love the flexibility to be able to complete the workouts when it fits my schedule. Joel knows his stuff too. He's got tons of knowledge and background in health and fitness and is always available if I need adjustments made to my workouts, or even a motivational lift. I'd recommend him to anyone.
