- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally do half day repairs for $300 and full day jobs for $595.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can often give a quote by simply seeing a picture you text to us, but we are willing to come by your house at no obligation to take a look at more extensive jobs in order to give you a more accurate quote.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our primary customers are homeowners; however, we have also served schools, hospitals, general contractors, and plumbers and electricians in the local area.
