He is Always professional, very knowledgeable in various exercises that will give the same results or better no matter the challenge. He is just as focused as you are in helping you meet your goal, definitely not you average trainer who is there to take your money, you've got to do the work. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually do 30 minute sessions. This keeps the training session active, effective and efficient. my rates start at $35 but packages are available...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is usually a brief Q&A session for both client and myself so we can get comfortable with one another to see if we are good fit. This is followed by a short workout so I can establish base numbers so we can make improvements from that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified thru the WITS and bio force conditioning program which gave a great foundation for training all my clients. Continuing to pt my focus on a number of different training aspects and following other trainers that are well seasoned and veterans of the industry, this allows me to keep growing as a not only as a trainer and coach but an enthusiast.
