Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the body, the Pilates method, and the various apparatus, she continues to increase her knowledge and practice by attending instructor workshops. She evaluates each client's body needs, designs individualized workouts using the classical Pilates method, and guides and trains you through one-on-one sessions in her fully equipped studio. My body dramatically changed by working with Kinney in her studio! Not only did I become stronger than I've ever been, she also helped improve my posture, my lower back issues, and even helped with bunions on my feet! No matter how hard I worked in the studio, I never suffered stiffness and pain for days afterward like a traditional "gym workout". I am sold on the Pilates method, and Kinney is the absolute best!
