Bought computer and Mr. Peart was very thorough in his demonstration and helpful in learning to use it.
I had some problems with my laptop (red tint on screen and an audio problem). Mr. Willis contacted me and offered to fix it for $80 and said it would take 2-3 days. Doing business with Mr. Willis was extremely pleasant. His schedule is flexible and he will meet you where you need him to (this is a part time job for him (works from home), he's a computer technician at a local school I believe) and he was very friendly, professional, and understanding. It only took him a day to repair my laptop, at which point I went over to his house to pick it up. He explained to me in great detail what he did to fix the problems, and how he fixed them. I was not expecting that, but I really appreciated it. He also kept me informed as he worked on it. After I received the laptop back, my red tint was fixed, but I noticed that my audio was still messed up. He gladly took it back (and was very apologetic) and did everything he could to remedy the problem at no extra cost. We determined the problem was a defect with the laptop I owned (Alienware M17XR4), and he provided several solutions to my problem. He explained to me that the problem was something with my defective motherboard (which is common to my laptop model), he then helped me find who to properly contact to fix the problem. Overall Mr. Willis was professional, kind, and flexible. He did everything in his power to fix my laptop and genuinely cared about the job he did. 10/10 would do business with again.
Phil and I played serious phone tag but he was great at getting back to me and working with my crazy schedule to find a time to pick up and drop off my laptop. He did quick, great work and even offered me a discount for no reason!
I closed my office to retire at home working on my computer. Prior to the move Chuck came to the office and got 3 computers backed up and my assistant and I broke them down for moving. He then came to my home on a Saturday to put them all up and connect them to a scanner and to an already existing computer so that I could do my work from home. It was wonderful having someone who knew exactly what to do and did it. Chuck kept asking me questions as to how I wanted the printers and monitors placed for my convenience and offered suggestions when I was not sure. Once we talked about how I wanted things to work, he knew exactly what I wanted and organized everything accordingly. I love my setup because it makes it easy for me to work. I have always been impressed with Chuck and his professionalism because he has been my computer expert for over a year now. He is always there when I need him and gets the work done in spite of me and my lack of knowledge. I also like the ability he has to go to my computer to see what is going on remotely. The whole job probably took 3 hours but there was some work I wanted him to do with some files on one of the computers that also took up some of the time. I was not only impressed with the work being done but Chuck also had to work around my two dogs who were in the way with every step Chuck took. I can't think of anything that Chuck could have done to improve the experience. Thanks Chuck.
Scott does an excellent job of restoring old photos and making great copies of some photos that have been damaged. He is very creative and willing to help his clients. He works very hard to help his clients meet deadlines for projects, for example a yearbook collage for my daughter's senior page. I trust his opinion and his work.

My computer was in Bios mode. This guy is great! He came the same day and took my computer though we couldn't fix and he tried everything and kept me updated every step of the way! He helped me find another computer and was able to download everything I need for school! This guy is great!

I have been blessed with the ability to fix computers as well as the patience to help those who are not so sure of themselves gain the confidence they need to excel in the world of technology. what I enjoy most about helping people with their computers is seeing the look on their faces when they finally understand what is going on. Computers are here to stay
