"I hired Move Pack Clean for two services: Moving and Cleaning. I will separate them below as they were performed on two different days and by different people:
The two individuals who came to move me were Josh and Kyle. They kept me informed in when they would be arriving and worked with the UHaul (moving day for everyone it seemed!) on the other side of the road to ensure that they would not block the roadway if cars wanted to get through. I know it's such a small thing, but the little things count!
Both of them were very personable and were easy to talk to the entire time. Josh even noted at one point that they wanted to ensure my stuff was well taken care of during the move because they treated everyone's furniture as if it were their own, which really stuck with me.
I had taken care of all of the boxes by that point and just needed assistance with all the big/heavy items (i.e. couch, entertainment center, beds, etc.). Unfortunately, almost all of the stuff left were big, awkward, and super heavy.
Kyle went and took down the smaller (easier to carry) items while Josh wrapped up all of the other items. It made me dizzy just watching him. He spun around those items very fast! They both even fixed my bed (which had been put together incorrectly during the last move).
Ultimately, they were very quick in getting everything out the door (despite everything being so heavy).
When we arrived at the new location, I immediately felt terrible because the new place was all tight corners and stairs. But they got everything in (even when it seemed that the items were too bulky).
They were both fantastic and I very much appreciated all the effort they put into make sure my items got to the new place safely (especially the more delicate items).
There was a bit of a snafu with the Washer and Dryer (we all forgot to load it up). But they again went above and beyond and everything was ironed out.

I hate cleaning. Like, really hate cleaning. But it is a necessity, especially when moving out of an apartment. When I had first spoken with Linda, the cleaners had been scheduled to arrive the day of the move. However, the day of the move we had to reschedule. This turned out be okay because I was pretty busy with the moving and unpacking. We instead scheduled to have the place cleaned the next day.
The two individuals who cleaned the apartment were Linda and her sister Joann (I hope I'm spelling that right!). Both of them were characters and I enjoyed talking with them both. Again, they were very nice people and easy to talk to. Everyone working at this company are apparently just awesome in general.
I should note at this point that my apartment was a bit of a mess and is about 1200sq.ft. These gals had a lot to do!
I ended up leaving and doing some shopping in the area. Linda called me about 20 minutes prior to when they would be complete and I met them back at the apartment. That place was sparkling clean! I think the last time it looked that nice was when it was remodeled. They both did a fabulous job whipping that place into shape. They even helped me move some of the furniture I left behind (for a maintenance guy to pick up) back into the apartment (I had moved it outside so they wouldn't have to clean around them). They didn't have to help with that, but they insisted.
Great ladies, great service. Couldn't have asked for more. Five stars.
