- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not expensive and are not cheap, I give their money worth and give customers the opportunity to feel satisfied and fix whatever they are not happy with ,which is very rare. I give everyone the option available and let them make a choice, and if they ask for my opinion, I give them the best of my knowledge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions, walking customers about the best game plan to resolve issues, explaining about materials and about the process it takes to do the job, keep customers informed, and aware of any potential danger.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn't go to school for this type of work since there is none in areas I lived in, I been working on Doors and locks since 1998 and working in the industry and construction if you want to learn u can. I love working on doors and a passion to help others feel safe and secure. Job got done right
