I contacted Sam when my heat went out at 10PM on a Sunday. Fortunately, it wasn’t too cold out and this wasn’t an emergency. He was out our house in about 12 hours and had the issue resolved shortly thereafter. Sam was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to communicate the repairs needed and cause of failure effectively. I highly recommend Sam’s Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Sam was absolutely amazing. He was able to be at my house within 24 hours of my call. I had 2 AC units that were out and he was able to get both of them going and at an extremely reasonable price. If you have any AC / Heating needs you definitely need to call Sam.

I contacted Sam after receiving an exorbitant quote from my usual HVAC repair company. After seeing his work, I am glad I made the call (and his rates are customer friendly). There were a couple of issues with my HVAC, he patiently figured them out and fixed them for me. I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness. Whenever I texted him, I got a quick reply.
