Is there a rating less than one available.< Eric Wilson quoted $130.00 per month to service my yard needs including weekly mowing, edging trimming trees and maintaining beds. He added $10.00 per month to include chemical services. We agreed and scheduled the first service for today. He stated that they would come the day after we talked last week if he could. He was not able to. No problem. He later called me back and said his boss would not accept the price we agreed to. They wanted $29 for the first chemical service and $40 plus for each additional. When I insisted that we stick to our agreement he said that he would pay the difference himself. Today was the day for my First service. I spent the first sunny day in a week waiting for Pro-Turf. They never showed. Well the owner just called and explained that they were doing my yard as a favor to Eric and they could come out tomorrow. He raised the price to $145.00 I accepted that. I told him I was going to right a bad review but would not. He got very unpleasant and told me they donât want my business.On a scale of 1-10..Zero.

I do sincerely apologize we had a problem getting it scheduled into our weekly rotation in just 48 hours. We are professionals and it does usually take 2-3 days to work new customers into weekly visits. Again I am sorry we could not help you as quick as you wanted but it is tough to sign up a new customer and have them in our weekly schedule the next day

Our initial new customer price is 15-20$ per hour per man on small jobs if a contract price is not agreed upon

After spending 10 years being a General Contractor. I decided to pursue a career in horticulture. Being able to help people achieve the outdoor appeal they want is very rewarding ! So now I do both and I love seeing the finished product and the joy that brings our customers
