Customers rated this pro highly for professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know we aren't the most inexpensive Organize + Design company- for good reason. We aren't like most organizers. Professional Organizing does't require any formal training- but we did it anyway. We definitely don't line up your "stuff" and leave. We invest in our clients from start to finish, including full-service packages that include shopping and donation removal. You aren't just another job to us, you're part of the Home Theory family. All of our packages are designed specifically for a deep dive into each space we work on... what's working, what doesn't, and what we need to do to change that. Then we work through the actual items, habits, and lifestyle challenges to make a space that's functional, intentional, and fully YOURS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complementary phone consultation to see if Home Theory is a good fit for your needs and to discuss your goals. Then we either move to an on-site evaluation or move right into starting the project- dependent on the space and scale of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in both Professional Organizing (Advanced International Organizing Professionals) and Home Staging (Advanced International Home Staging Professionals). I also have a Business/Communications Bachelor's Degree and years of experience in all three fields.
