Hinkle Contracting's reply
I can come back and replace the stairs with the oak instead of building stairs from scratch wood but the money you want to put in you're not going to get oak wood for $600

Rick Hinkle and his team was a wise decision. He was always available to answer my question and any concerns with the project. I'm very happy with the results, and I know who I will call for my next project "Rick"

It's been exactly one month since our first connection. Rick acted professional and genuinely seemed like he was going to do the job, but weeks past and he still never came. So he gave Gordon my number. He came and was nice, also acting like he could do it soon. Well it never happened. Cancellations and excuses were constantly made. I'm not sure why Rick offered to take the job in the first place. I gave them too much grace because they seem to be good people. But it’s been a waste of our time trying to appease to their schedule. We’ve had to leave work early and not be able to go to work when needed so that the job could just get done when they could do it. Really disappointed. And if it matters, they priced the same job $50 higher than the another contractor (that I obviously should’ve chosen).
