Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I prefer to only do high quality work. There are a lot of companies who only want to do high profit work. I do a good job even if it means less profit. I like to see the excitement on the customers face when a project nears completion. I love to hear all the compliments about how nice everything looks. I enjoy seeing the results of the hard work we have done.

Norman's Renovation created a beautiful porch in the space of a collapsed deck. Termite and water damage to adjacent walls and floor joists of the house were extensive. Stabilization was technically difficult and expertly achieved. Termite issues were handled creatively without poisons. Good quality materials and good design came together to make a sturdy and attractive outdoor space. Work was achieved in a timely manner and within expected costs. Highly recommended.

Larry and I have had the pleasure of having Greg Norman work on our new home doing various jobs including gorgeous window and door molding, building a 12ft long window seat with cabinets, beautiful wood and brick fireplace surround and mantel, wood and iron stair railing, finishing off the lower level by installing 2nd bath, ceramic tile, drop ceiling, building closets with shelving and more.... Greg only accepts perfection in his work and the results are beautiful.... we are so happy and blessed to have found him.... we trust him completely and would never call anyone else....

So far the experience has not been great. I'm not sure how much of that is just circumstances beyond his control or just poor planning overall. The security door installation still remains undone 3 weeks from the time the job was started. The top header jamb was damaged. The manufacture will not replace the part because they require the whole door to be returned but he hung the door (which cannot be removed because the screws are configured to not be removable) before checking to make sure all the parts were there and undamaged. I'm in a weird position now. I have security door that's hung but no jamb around it so I can't even install the door knob and lock on. I'm not sure exactly what to do. I'm pretty tempted to just take the damaged part to someone that does metal work to fix and finish the job myself. Certainly not what I was expected when I started this project. If I had it all do to again I think I would do it very differently. One good thing though is that he did a good job installing the main door. It's just that this security door issue is a problem that we can seem to get resolved.
