FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give an all inclusive quote for the scope of work. I feel my pricing is very competitive but I desire to work with you to gain your business. Quality is highly important in overall satisfaction but I realize that the cost for the job is also an important part. Let’s have a conversation and come to an agreement. I don’t like surprises, especially when it comes to finances, and I will make sure that you know everything upfront so that you, also, can avoid any surprises with your project. Payment is due on completion. I accept many forms of payment from Cash, check, Venmo, credit/debit cards (3% fee applies).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Smaller Tasks - Flat fee for the scope of the job. Many times without the need for an in person visit prior. Consultation & Quote (larger jobs)- Consultation when needed, can be done via video call with Google Meets depending on task. Sometimes, however, an in person visit is needed to provide the most accurate quote. I give you the price and estimated time to complete. Once a quote is agreed on, we set a time for the work to be completed. I will confirm via text, call, and or email with you 2 days prior to agreed start date. If the task is booked less than two days from scheduled start date, then no confirmation will be sent. The day of, I will call/text when I am leaving and heading to your location. During the task, I will do my best to keep interruptions to your schedule and area to a minimum. Always respectful and courteous. If there are any issues that arrive during the task, I will notify you and we will determine the appropriate action to take together. Upon completion, I will inform you and ask you to approve that the job is completed and it is to your satisfaction. If you aren’t happy, then I’m not happy. I will work to ensure you are highly satisfied.
