What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is easy. We have three rates and a variable mileage fee. Standard rate is $25 an hour. Discount rate is $20 and hour. The discount rate is for non profits, first time customers and coupons. The mileage rate depends on your distance from our office. 0-10 miles = free. Mileage beyond 10 miles is .25 cents per mile.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I as a kid always liked taking electronics apart. When we got our first computer, that was no exception, especially when it needed repair. My folks couldn't afford the repairs, so I taught myself how to do them. The rest is history.
