- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices in all fields and projects are more than reasonable. One my favorite things about my job is having the ability to help people out. That’s how you change the world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can ask any of my customers, the first thing I do after introducing myself is getting down to the problem and making sure that my customer feels comfortable about an already stressful situation. I will take care of my customers by all means necessary. One area I can approve on is definitely attentiveness. I stay so busy sometimes I catch myself running a bit behind. I always make sure the customer knows what’s going on and when I will be there. And they will tell you that I work on their equipment as if was my own mothers. But this attitude should not be foreign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking HVAC courses at Penn Foster University. Everything else is pretty much self taught by an eagerness to grow and learn.
