• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing is based off of materials, labor, and dump fees. Every area has different prices. The complexity of the job itself also effects the cost. Steepness, height, multiple angles, valleys, hips, gables, and roof lines contribute to the factors of our prices.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Communication is key! Wether it’s a text or an email, a phone call, or a face to face 1 on 1 meet and great, communication in itself is the process with a new customer! After the initial contact with a client, l then physically come out to the property and do an inspection. I then give the client a free, no obligation estimate! Even though the estimates typically costs me about $150, l live by the old rule, it takes money to make money! If the customer is satisfied with the estimate, we then sign a contract. After that, l schedule the job, order the materials and dumpster, and a portable restroom. l constantly keep in touch with the customer during all of this.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  -Over 15 years hands on experience as a laborer -Over 10 years experience in insurance claims -I educate my customers on roofing -Customer Satisfaction Is Guaranteed!
