Workouts were great, but the communication was not. We only had a couple of appointments before I decided to workout on my own. However, it seemed every appointment had to be rescheduled. I understand at one point there was a family emergency but the other times I'm not sure what was going on. And again, communication could improve.

I sincerely apologize for things that happen. You are right about the timing. However I have improved in a lot areas including time. So if time permits you would want to work with me again you can contact me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My future goal is to be a physical therapist. However for now I hold 3 certifications in fitness.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always been active. However when I had my daughter it changed how I looked at things.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked from kids all the way up to retirees. I have no preference.
