Gary has gotten rid of viruses issues, installed and set up a new computer, and answered tech questions anytime I have asked him. He took less time than I thought possible. When Gary works, he works. If I would quit asking him questions it would be even less time. I am impressed with his vast knowledge, his willingness to explain things to a layman in understandable terms, and always being there to respond to questions and to provide purchasing advice. Gary cares about you and your computer. I don't even think about calling anyone else. His fees are very fair and reasonable. I would not change anything in my business relationship with Gary. Gary is "the man" .
