- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very reasonable. I have a number of clients that have used my services for over 15 years and would be happy to provide references to verify quality of work, timeliness, fee pricing. Discounts are available as needed. I am looking for a longer term business relationship and am willing to discount the fees for my services to build trust and confidence in clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally meet with a prospective client to determine their business needs and to make sure I am capable to provide the type of services they expect. For tax clients I provide a tax organizer and require a copy of their prior year returns in order to obtain a better understanding of their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to maintain my credentials (CPA,CFE,CFF,CGMA) I am required to attend 40 hours of continuing education each year. I attend tax seminars to stay current with the tax law changes.
