Received an immediate response from dispatch to get set up with an appointment. The agent was very pleasant and helpful. Eric was the technician who came out and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even drove over to Lowe's with me as I needed to pick out a new kitchen faucet. He was so patient and explained different things to me about them and the best quality. The price of the service was more than I anticipated (provided in advance), but like Eric explained, the type of work being completed they are not a typical handyman service, but of licensed plumbers. I would use again, and would request Eric.
