I have always felt it was important to maintain the integrity of what I am teaching. I believe every client should walk away with an education. When you hire and pay a personal trainer it's a service, There is nothing tangible so the service needs to be the best. I want to give you something you take with you the rest of your life. I want it to make sense to you. So while your getting results ( and I DO guarantee you will) your also getting an education, accomplishing things you never thought you could and having fun! I believe it's a service that should be affordable because I believe it's a necessity not a luxury!!!! I know every time I meet a new client this is an exciting and scary time for them. They feel motivated, they are starting something new, wanting change so badly and just being unsure if they'll achieve their goals. I've loved doing this for a living for the past 23 years. I feel honored that so many people have trusted me and I have watched people achieve and surpass their goals. I've watched them notice themselves in the mirror for the first time, I've seen their relationships change, I've seen success and what a privilege that is to get to see everyday!!!!!!
