After replacing a "Temp Star" in a new build after only 9 years with a new 14 seer Trane from FA, I engaged FA to clean my coils on my 20 year old Trane. Gabriel was the tech, he is very knowledgeable and he cleaned the coils and showed me before and after pictures. He tested the coolant levels and said they were fine. So I paid the agreed upon price for a coil clean and system check. I like that these folks are fair and don't try to upsell or tell you to replace things that aren't necessary. I attached a photo of the review I posted to Google below so you can see my opinion on that replacement. This is the company you keep. Especially in 2023 when most customer service has gone by the wayside. Not here! Thanks guys!
