Personal Training
Being former military, I have worked with several personal trainers. Never have I met one like Erica. She has extreme attention to detail, cares enough about your exercise and injury history to ensure the exercises she assigns are beneficial AND she is not the type to give you a workout and hide in her office. She observes every movement. She also cares a lot about aftercare and follows up after sessions to see how your body responds. She is excellent all around and most definitely worth the price.

Erica has an amazing ability to not just listen, but to respond to my unique needs as a client. I have back issues and she is incredibly knowledgeable of my condition and modifies the workout as we go. She is kind and honest and pushes me to reach my maximum potential. The results I am getting are noticeable!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?45 min sessions = $50 60 min sessions = $65 Want to work out with a friend? You both get a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to meet new clients (like you) for a free consultation! We can discuss your health history and assess your needs. I want to hear about your goals. During our consultation we will do some light movement and exercise to get a good idea of where to start your specific fitness program!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have completed college level courses in Anatomy and Physiology, and Health. I am currently continuing my education with personal trainer certifications. I am new to personal training, but I have a lifetime of experience with scoliosis and back pain, so I have learned an incredible amount from my physical therapist and medical massage therapist. My parents where personal trainers, and I grew up in the gym learning proper form and how to make working out fun! This experience along with my education gives me confidence we can make a plan just for you!
