We had a whole new heat pump system put in including duct work & had blown insulation done. From the beginning John was very honest, detailed, & professional about everything and his character & work resembles that. He discussed several different options with us and to help us save money he showed us the best unit for our home instead of just letting us over & it runs great. He uses Lennox primarily (which is what we went with) and offers their labor warranties which was discussed in detail. The whole job went well from start to finish. His professionalism and his integrity of his work and himself show in the attention to detail he shows for everything, as well as the employees and co-workers that helped. He answered every question we had along the way and even went back to show us some specifics that we wanted to know. John has stayed in contact with us to make sure the system is running the way it needs too. We highly recommend John Boody with all we have for any HVAC and Insulation jobs or needs that you may have.. Top-notch and very professional! I was highly impressed from our first meeting. John spent nearly one hour looking over the entire HVAC system, and brainstorming ways to fix airflow problems....all for a free estimate. His workmanship and attention to detail is excellent! I knew the job would be done right. Communication was excellent. I received daily calls and text updates. He is also very trustworthy. He performed most of the work while I was out of town. I came home to a warm cozy house in December, no mess anywhere, and the carpets were vacuumed. Way to go! I can tell his work is his passion. He spent many extra hours making sure everything was perfect, and didn't add anything to my final bill. A+
