Introduction: I have my master's in both conflict resolution and human resources. I am a conflict mediator, a graduate of Abilene Christian University and Chapman University System and a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society. You will find that I am an impartial and confidential mediator who is affordable and fair. Although conflict is inevitable, it can result in positive solutions. I provide conflict resolution solutions for organizations in any environment: nonprofit, education and business. I specialize in assisting organizations through leadership transitions and equipping employees to strengthen their work relationships. I believe that employees and leaders thrive when they value one another and are equipped to deal with conflict constructively.
