"I have been working with Michael for 2 years. He is absolutely everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. Very affordable which has enabled me to keep up at least 2-3 sessions per week which is essential for me because without our scheduled sessions, I simply won't make myself go to the gym. I've tried many gym memberships, group classes, meetups, etc, etc, etc over the years and the truth is, exercising just isn't my thing. But it is Michael's thing. He practices what he teaches. The other thing I love is he is not one of those stereotypical, over-the-top personalities. He is encouraging but not in that "omg! you're doing sooooo great!" way. I find that very annoying with other trainers. On the flip side, he also isn't in my face yelling which I do not find motivating either. I'm not the "boot camp" type, personally. But, I have a feeling he has that in him if you need it, lol! :) Overall, he has kept me going these last two years and I owe him far more than he will ever know for that. I could not recommend him more highly. Oh, and yes, I am seeing great results!!"

"Sydney is an amazing trainer! She listened my concerns and came up with focused workouts to help me get into shape for my wedding. She was flexible with training times and always changed up the workouts. Even though I met my goal I will continue to train with Sydney- she knows how to design workouts to keep my arms toned and my unwanted fat off!"

"I have been working out for about 5 years. I'm 53 years old and was always thin but never muscular or toned . My 5 years at the gym with a trainer on and off got me in very good shape . I wanted to step it up and get in the very best shape I could and look like I could compete in a show, but without actually competing. That's when I started elite training with Ishmael. He is the best trainer I've ever worked with . He pushed me and made me realize that I can become strong and look as great as I wanted to. His workouts are tough.. But after you are done, you feel so awesome , and the results are amazing !! I'm toned, muscular, I have abs and in the best shape I have ever been in my life ! I would still be training with him if he didn't move away !! Whether you are a beginner or in great shape, Ishmael will get you where you want to go! The BEST trainer ever😀"

"I have been visiting Edge for personal training/ group classes for about the last 6 months. I highly recommend the gym for those looking to train with individualized support and attention. The gym has clients that have been training with the owner, Daniel, over the years, giving it a more personal feel. Conveniently located right outside of Uptown, Edge Fitness has an open floor plan (think former warehouse space), with all the equipment neatly laid out (weights, cardio, boxing etc). Classes and personal training sessions push you, regardless of your fitness level. Tip: Purchasing training classes also gives you access to gym facilities outside of your training sessions."

"Taylor is an enthusiastic, engaging trainer. She will assess your strengths and weaknesses, then help you accomplish your goals. She is patient and welcomes feedback from her clients. If you need help with meal planning, nutritional guidance or lifestyle changes to support your goals, she is a great source for sound advice. Taylor is skillful at modifying standard fitness movements to accommodate any challenges you have. I have two artificial knees; she has modified my workouts in ways that allow me to be effective. I can still get the full benefit of a vigorous workout, without pain. One additional benefit of training with Taylor is her sense of humor. Laughter and joy are also part of her magic. "Off the bat Daniel is a very knowledgable trainer. He focuses on form to make sure you are safely executing the exercises. He gives you access to tons of information for proper streching, and specific workout plans for your off days. The workouts are overall very diverse. If you're looking for someone to keep you accountable and give you knowledge you can carry past your sessions, look no further!"

"Training with Erik has given me results in so many different aspects, beyond my expectations.
