- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once either reviewing or picking up your equipment, we always conduct a no charge, "quick check" diagnostic. From there we will provide a written estimate for the work needing to be done. It is then the clients call to determine what we will do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Briggs and Stratton certified Master Service Technician.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have serviced homeowners, commercial landscapers, contractors and even schools. We are willing to work with anyone that we can help!
