Introduction: I became a Chef because I love what food and dining are all about. It is such a satisfying experience for me to be around family & friends enjoying a great meal and great time together. It was my grandmother who raised me, as well as showed me so much love through food and family and friends gathered in the kitchen and around the table. ​ I found my way working through a variety of different restaurants in Charlotte, San Francisco, New York and South Florida. Though I met several great chefs and learned a lot about refinement as well as different styles of cooking and techniques in these establishments, I feel a desire to translate that same love of family & friends gathered around a table with great food that my Nanna showed me! ​ My true passion is Family, Friends & bringing every one together for memories that will last a life time over an amazing meal.
