- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?When I train someone I also incorporate nutrition as well and I will give you a nutrition guide that will give you all types of food that you can pick through to incorporate it into your meals. I also will give you how much you should be in taking through the day whether it is to lose weight or gain muscle or toned. All of this is included and I will be hard on you when it comes to the nutrition because that is important. I will be weighing you in at random training sessions to see if your making progress. you will have 100 percent of me because that is what I give. I charge 40 dollars a session which includes all of that and if we go over an hour we just do the 40 dollars doesn't change. If you are a couple I discount the price and make it less so it can be affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before we start I will talk to you see if you have any types of injuries or health issues that I need to know about. From there I will find out your goals then design you a plan and finally I will talk about me so you can get to know me and what you can expect from me. Because I give my all to my clients to ensure they have the best experience that they can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am still going to college finishing up my bachelor's degree in exercise science. I am certified as a personal trainer, and a fitness nutrition specialist.
