Introduction: Hello my name is brett I am a retired Marine and have been doing fitness for 18 years and I love it. I was in the Marines Special Forces and that is were I became to love fitness and nutrition. So I decided to get certified in nutrition as well so that way I could give a combination of fitness and nutrition so that way i can help get you maximum results. I am now certified as a body building specialist, strength and conditioning specialist, youth trainer, exercise therapy, corrective exercise specialist, and behavior specialist, which makes me a certified master trainer. I am firm with my clients, so I will be hard on you and I will push you out of your comfort zone so you can reach your desired goals. I will be with you every step of the way motivating you so we can achieve every goal you have. If you are ready to commit to a lifestyle change I am here to make sure it happens. I just got on thumbtack so I don't really have a rating but I dedicate myself to my clients 100 percent and everyone I have trained reached their goals. Just recently I got certified as a corrective positioning specialist, and certified in exercise therapy. I have been working out with Brett for about a month now. At first, I was a little nervous as I haven't worked out for many, many years, but I soon realized that I had nothing to be anxious about because I hired the right trainer. Brett is taking the time to build me up to prevent injuries and to help me stay motivated. We are working out remotely -- I have a kettlebell, some dumbbells, and a few workout bands. I was hesitant to think that these items would give me a good enough workout to feel a burn from home, but guess what? These mixed with bodyweight exercises and I am feeling the burn! I am pumped to continue and feel that Brett is going to be an integral part of my success. He is also including nutrition as a part of our training. If you are looking for a true professional, who has the know-how to help you virtually or in person, I highly recommend Brett.

Brett really pushes u to the limit, to be honest he knew what I was capable of even when I didn’t. He’s encouraging and is always safe. I’ve only been working out with him for about a month and half now and I have already become way stronger then I was. I was sore for weeks but he gives you some good remedies to relieve the pain but the results are worth it. I honestly don’t see why u wouldn’t want him as a trainer.

I was looking for an aggressive trainer to push my fitness, and who would also make it convenient and affordable, and Brett fit the bill perfectly. He drove to me, meeting at a park at the entrance to my neighborhood. We did a 10-12 week regimen, 2x per week, focusing on overall toning and core strength to help me with back pain and raising my energy level. He also helped correct some bad habits I had (like poor form in doing squats). I've gotten a few compliments on being in shape since working with him. He was consistently punctual and a very good communicator. I highly recommend Brett!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    When I train someone I also incorporate nutrition as well and I will give you a nutrition guide that will give you all types of food that you can pick through to incorporate it into your meals. I also will give you how much you should be in taking through the day whether it is to lose weight or gain muscle or toned. All of this is included and I will be hard on you when it comes to the nutrition because that is important. I will be weighing you in at random training sessions to see if your making progress. you will have 100 percent of me because that is what I give. I charge 40 dollars a session which includes all of that and if we go over an hour we just do the 40 dollars doesn't change. If you are a couple I discount the price and make it less so it can be affordable.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Before we start I will talk to you see if you have any types of injuries or health issues that I need to know about. From there I will find out your goals then design you a plan and finally I will talk about me so you can get to know me and what you can expect from me. Because I give my all to my clients to ensure they have the best experience that they can.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am still going to college finishing up my bachelor's degree in exercise science. I am certified as a personal trainer, and a fitness nutrition specialist.
