- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are clearly listed on my webpage. 4onthe floordogtraining.com. I do issue periodic discounts for previous customers who book more training or pet sitting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation is included with every training package. At that point the customer can decide if the what type of training will work for their family. Whether it be private lessons, day training or board and train. We iron out what the dog needs to learn and how much help the family will need to implement the training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received certification as a Canine Training and Behavior Specialist from Triple Crown Academy for Professional dog Trainers in 2009. I am also certified by the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers. I attend seminars given by the top Vets, behaviorists and trainers in the country. I also attend the Association of Professional Dog Trainers convention each year. I belong to two trainer's forums and read the latest books and articles on training and behavior.
